- TRADITIONAL SAMOAN 'ULA NECKLACES - All
handmade from local tree nuts and seeds. These 'ULA are an important of the
complete costume inthe Samoan culture from olden times and especially important
for the Matai (family chief), the talking chief or a high chief to show the
honor and respect of the Samoan culture. Always worn during special occasions.
Except for the 'Ula Fala, many of these are 'seasonal', so email as to what
is available.

ULA NIFO - BONE and PUA SHELL - Teeth
and Beads are real bone with local pua nuts(seeds). Teeth graduate in size
from approx. 3-1/2" to 2-1/4". Price: $19.00 each, or more
than 10 - $16.00 each (plus shipping)
ULA NIFO - Coconut Shell or Plastic - Handmade by local craftspeople.
This Ula Nifo has 3 designs: upper photo - Dark Mature Coconut Shell 'Teeth'
& Pua Nut (when in season) or wood beads in between, Middle - same but
with light immature coconut shell 'Teeth', Lower photo - White plastic 'teeth'
and Pua Nut or wood beads.
