PALE HEADDRESS - Handcrafted
from pandanus plant leaves, first soaked in sea water and then skillfully
made into small flower shapes and attached to a stiff pandanus band to make
this traditional dancer's headdress. The 'Pale' is part of the old times traditional
Samoan costume worn for the Tausala dance and Taupou's dance.
