The
Samoan Weapons in olden times consisted of War Clubs and Spears.
Most of the War Clubs in the photos below are 36" but several of these
clubs are made in other sizes. The standard sizes are approximately: 42",
36", 24", 18" and 12". The Throwing War Clubs (Olo Moe)
in the lower photos which are always between 14" and 18" as their
use is specifically for throwing. These Samoan weapons are made of different
types of local hardwoods and by several different carvers. Click on the name
